How does hormone measurement in saliva work?
The inne Reader measures progesterone in saliva. The measurement is taken daily at home; trends are visible in the inne app across multiple cycles.
What does inne measure, and what not?
The inne minilab measures progesterone in saliva and shows the course of the luteal phase across the cycle. inne does not diagnose, does not detect disease and does not replace medical assessment. The system is intended for women aged 18 and over.
What effectiveness data is available?
In typical use, effectiveness is 92% (Pearl Index 8). For luteal-phase detection, a clinical sensitivity of 87.5% was determined in the clinical study. A residual risk cannot be excluded. These figures apply when the product is used according to the instructions for use.
How is inne certified?
inne is certified under EU regulation IVDR 2017/746 as a class B in-vitro diagnostic for self-testing. Certificate number IVDR 812439 R000, issued by BSI Group The Netherlands B.V., notified body 2797. Manufacturer: Feral GmbH.
