We built the inne minilab to support you, and we hope it does. If you're not happy with the product experience, you get a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery, even after the 14-day withdrawal period. Applies to all orders placed after 15 May 2025.

How the 30-day guarantee works

What the guarantee covers
A full refund of the purchase price if you're not happy with the product experience. All payments you've made up to your claim are refunded to your original payment method, and your inne Membership ends with it.
How to claim it (3 steps)
- Email support@inne.io within 30 days of delivery (the tracking date counts).
- We confirm your claim in writing.
- Return your inne Reader and remaining inne strips. Once we've received and checked them, your refund is issued.
When do the 30 days start?
On the day your order is delivered, going by the tracking date, not the day you place the order. That gives you the full 30 days to actually try inne before you decide.
What isn't covered
Claims made after the 30-day window, opened strip pouches, and orders placed before 15 May 2025. If your minilab arrives faulty, that's handled separately from the guarantee: contact support@inne.io and we'll sort it out.
